Styling Nylora's shorter legging styles for summer
For some time now Nylora’s leggings (both the Kai and Alex specifically) have been my most grabbed for / worn pairs in my fitness rotation. Trust me!!… their soft brushed fabric has such a comfy and flattering high-rise fit,… you won’t want to go back to anything else.
Now that the summer heat has hit… Nylora challenged me to style both their cropped legging (the Lea) and their new biker short (the Emily). Which I gladly accepted as I’ve been in need of some shorter legging inspiration!! All three leggings have the same brushed fabric and high-waisted fit that I love… making each pair winners in my book.

If you’re new to Nylora, I’d start with the Kai legging. As mentioned, it’s a very flattering high-rise fit that is unbelievably soft. The 4-way stretch fabric allows for a full range of motion and is ideal for any type of workout from pilates, yoga, to walks / hiking and more intense weight training. I’m someone who likes to switch up my workouts and do a mix of all of these so it’s nice to have one legging that I can grab for... that moves and stretches nicely with each workout. Never any unfortunate / or uncomfortable bunching with these leggings!

Worn here with this tank which is also one of my most worn workout tanks. And I usually wear this longer sleeve on top for a nice lighter layer on cool mornings. It’s a slightly cropped fit which I like styling longer tanks under.

Cropped leggings are back but I wasn’t so sure they were for me (again!!)… until I tried this pair, the Lea. Honestly, I’m kind of sold?! The comfort of the Kai leggings with a little air on your calfs for summer!! Ideal for a pilates mat or reformer class (a personal fave of mine) or yoga. I’d wear these with a simple thong sandal to elongate the legs. When I tried them on with sneakers it shortened my legs and I didn’t love the look… on me at least.

Lastly, the Emily biker short has the same comfort, material and high-waisted fit as the others just in this short style. I like the length on me (I’m wearing the XS) but you could size up if you want them to fit longer. I like these worn with a nude flat or sandal (again to elongate) if you’re heading out to coffee afterwards or with a sneaker and socks, depending on your workout.
Worn here with their Haven shirt and a cropped tank underneath. Nylora also makes the best tanks with built-in bras. I like to size up in the tighter tanks (to a small).
