You know this about me but a) I’m very simple when it comes to makeup and b) I have pretty sensitive skin so I keep my skincare and beauty routine minimal (and I try to stick to clean beauty products). That said, skincare is so personal and what works for one person doesn’t always work for the next. That said, here are 8 products I always rebuy from Sephora’s Big Sale that kicked off today…
8 Beauty / Skincare Staples I Always Rebuy:
GOOPGLOW Microderm Instant Glow Exfoliator: I’ve been using this scrub since Goop launched it however many years ago now? and I can’t go without it. As someone with dry skin I need a physical exfoliant in my routine and this one is a nice micro polishing scrub that is gentle enough for everyday.
Hourglass Arch Brow Volumizing Fiber Gel: my go-to eyebrow gel for fuller looking brows. (I don’t wear eye shadow daily but I do always darken my eyebrows. It’s the one thing I rarely leave the house without doing or I feel pretty blah). I’m also too lazy for any brow filler / pencils or anything that takes more than two seconds of my time in the mornings so this provides the perfect amount of brow tint. I’ve tried a lot of brow gels over the years and always come back to this one. It’s my perfect color match (the darker brown shade) and it gives a good amount of hold to brows without being overly gelled.
ILIA Lip Wrap Overnight Treatment: this is technically marketed as an overnight lip mask (which I do use it as nightly) but I love it so much I wear it daily as a chapstick too. It’s light and super hydrating and I like the semi-irredescent shine it gives my lips. Always in my bag!
ILIA Limitless Lash Lengthening Clean Mascara: this is my preferred clean mascara / the mascara I’ve been using for the past couple years.
Oribe Texturizing Hairspray: I’m sure we all use this one right? The best. Oribe (and Kératase) are my splurge haircare brands but otherwise I also really like / and always rebuy Nexxus shampoo and conditioner (I just buy at Target).
Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen: this is a great time to stock up on sunscreen and I like to keep these minis in my bag. The Unseen sunscreen is what my husband also prefers so I usually carry it along for him. (It goes on clear and matte and doesn’t leave your face shiny like most sunscreens which he likes).
Westman Atelier Super Loaded Highlighter: in Peau de Rose is the color I wear daily on my cheeks. (I apply with this brush if you’re in need of a new blush brush). (I’m a big Westman Atelier fan girl as you know... I also use the this cream blush stick in Petal, the concealer and eyeshadows. The packaging is all so gorgeous and just feels so special too!)
Erborian BB Creme: okay so this one is not part of Sephora’s sale but I’m including because Shopbop just restocked (and I instantly snagged two more tubes as it’s often sold out) and this is majorly holy grail for me. It’s the ideal amount of daily coverage / is my spf and foundation in one. Honestly I rarely wear any other foundation now... maybe for a party. But it hides all of my pigment / redness and is like an instant Instagram filter. It’s especially great for fair skin. This, eyebrow gel and a little blush is my 2 minute routine in the mornings.
2 Additional Items You May Want To Snag From The Sale:
Westman Atelier Lip Suede Hydrating Matte Lipstick: I shared this lipstick last week but I was looking for a matte lipstick and this new one from Westman Atelier is matte but super moisturizing... and long lasting. Comes in so many pretty colors ~ the tubes are gorgeous (as all Westman Atelier packaging is) and it’s just fun for a treat yourself new spring lip!
Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer: If you’ve been debating the Dyson hair dryer the Sephora sale is a great time to snag it. I have slightly frizzy hair and this has transformed my at-home blowouts. A serious game changer in the hair department for me. I can blow dry my hair faster and sleeker than I ever could before. It takes me less than 10 minutes to dry and style my hair after washing. I’ve owned mine since Dyson came out with them ~ 8 years ago and I’ve never had any problems with it. 100% worth the splurge!!
