A Chloé-Inspired Summer
Taormina highlights, what I wore, and the easy, bohemian pieces I'm craving right now.
Sicily was the most idyllic kickoff to summer. I’m still pinching myself that just last week I was lying on the beach in Taormina, Sicily, with my girlfriend, fully living our best White Lotus life… and cruising through the town in a cutie vintage Fiat 500.
The people-watching alone was worth the trip. I was there with the Net-A-Porter and Chloé teams celebrating their exclusive Chloé capsule on NAP, so as you can imagine, the style inspiration was endless. The looks were dreamy and definitely left me craving a Chloé-inspired summer.
One of my favorite parts was seeing how everyone interpreted and styled their Chloé pieces in their own way. It felt fresh, effortless, bohemian and personal. More than once, I spotted something on another woman that completely changed my perspective on a piece. Take this blouse and matching short set, for example—something I probably would have scrolled right past online, but after seeing a few women wear the shorts so well, I suddenly had the itch to try them myself. So good as a set or I’d wear the shorts alone with a simple white tank and flat sandal.
The trip also gave me a little clarity on how I want to feel / dress this summer: a foundation of easy, effortless staples—linen, cotton, and pieces that work hard in your wardrobe—I do love a capsule that feels effortless. But mixed with those more bohemian “sparks joy” additions that captures that carefree summer spirit.
Breezy cotton dresses, skirts and tops for day, and slip dresses for night (similar feel). Lace-detailed blouses for wine country trips… and beautiful linen skirts (love this skort set).

Taormina was absolutely charming.
We stayed for four nights and five days, which felt like the perfect amount of time. While I could have stayed much longer to explore more of Sicily, it was ideal for seeing the town and enjoying the beach.
