Easter Hosting & Dressing Mood
A little high-low mix for the not overly feminine (or floral) type
My mom and sister have been texting me all weekend about Easter (I’ll be hosting) ~ which got me into planning mode! So I thought I’d share a little inspiration if you’re thinking about Easter brunch and dressing too.
On the Menu | We usually do brunch after the egg hunt… we all love quiche and I was thinking of making a pretty fruit and salad spread as well. Pinterest has been serving me up some ideas… but what’s on your menu?? Side note: I’ve been feeling freshly inspired in the kitchen again recently and have been on a meal planning kick (something I just haven’t been as good at or organized about over the past couple years as life got busy with kids). Family meal and menu planning is a serious job!!
Easter Brunch Mood… and a whole bunch of dresses!
Into: Slips with sweet detailing. More structured blouses with a fun colored skirt (there’s a dress version of this top below too)… Easter whites… of course.

I’ve been obsessed with searching for Dries skirts and dresses on secondhand sites like TRR (if you love a floral green ~ XS) and in the 1st Dib’s fashion section. A fun floral (size 38) and this dress (size 42) would be pretty for Easter. And this one (size 40) is like a walking abstract painting. It feels like the best place to find something more unique… that no one else will be wearing.
* In my searches! If you’re looking for a great classic poplin white dress (this was a good find by The Row on TRR).

Something for the Littles…
Easter Baskets | I’m very into putting together Easter baskets. I picked up candies and gummies while at Miette last week (tulip lollipops, I can’t get enough!). And I ordered these eggs to fill with a few little things for Rex, and Willow will love this bunny. I also usually put a new swimsuit and goggles in their baskets (summer prep).
*PSA: These are great swim trunks for boys!! Such a good fit and great quality material. Bonus is they happen to be made by a friend of mine in San Francisco (love supporting a small women owned business!).
Little Girls Floral Denim Jacket. 2. Mint Egg. 3. Boys Linen Pants. 4. Pink Egg.
Outfits for the Kids | I’m always a sucker for all of the florals (I got Willow this pink denim jacket). I also ordered her this pink sweater and dress for Easter. And for Rex, these linen pants with this shirt. Sometimes a one-stop-shop Zara order is just the hit easy button for me!
I look forward to reading everything you post. It’s the perfect curation of exactly the items I am interested in and that actually work into my life. Love how often you have been sharing- these are my favorite emails to receive!!
