A quick hello! ~ as I caught whatever spring bug my kids had this week taking us down one by one! So here are a couple of easy casual mom looks that I wore while taking care of them the past couple of days. Afternoon naps, sunshine walks, avocado toast dates… a slowed pace has been quite nice actually!
Although not very exciting style-wise ~ here’s some real life great staples I’ve been living in.
Sweater. Vintage Levi’s (so old but you could size up and crop these for a similar vibe). Sandals (very comfy, I’ve been grabbing for these the most lately). Bag (more here).
I’ve been using this Dragon Diffusion as my everyday bag the most lately (along with this Sezane basket tote for kid’s sports activities)… the leather is really durable so it’s one I can use on the daily for mom-life / I don’t mind setting it in the grass or on the floor at a sports game etc.
Shopbop just got it in red which I feel like will go fast so I wanted to share!
Sezane Basket Tote. Really great for the size and practicality.
Alaïa Bag older, still one of my faves that I don’t pull out enough (love in white for spring).
I’ve really hit the jackpot with comfy running / walking sneakers lately. APL sent me their new TechLoom Running Sneaker to try and omg you guys!, they are so cushiony!! Definitely pricey but worth it if you’re a runner. Now that I’ve tried them I don’t know if I want to wear another sneaker, they’re that comfortable.
Another fave brand of mine for running that you know by now I’m sure is On. (More styles here ~ the Cloudmonster is my favorite).
Jeans (more sizes here… size down in Agolde).
Sandals (these took a few wears to break in fyi).
I’ve also had really great luck in the t-shirt department lately ~ this Margo tee in cotton is a perfect everyday tee. Really soft cute style to wear with denim.
Denim Jacket (more sizes here, looks like a vintage wash and is a great slightly longer size).
No makeup (and please don’t look at my hair ~ I swear Willow took the scissors to the top of my hair recently too?!)… quick try on after my Net-A-Porter sale buys arrived and this dress is a keeper. Easy breezy poplin style with pockets… it’s one I’ll live in this spring / summer for sure. It’s a maxi on me (per usual)… but supposed to be a midi if you’re taller.
Here’s another similar style dress if you’re not a fan of strapless. Also would be an easy summer staple.
I updated my Shopbop Hearts if you wanted to take a browse!
Both this dress and this Kiki Vargas (also comes in black) are topping my list if you have an event!
I got the Nili Lotan denim jacket on your recommendation and love it!
