Summer Capsule Remixing
The summer capsule pieces I've been wearing on repeat.
There is officially a huge hole in our backyard (they dug our pool yesterday!!)… Willow finished school last week ~ and Rex has his last day today! I’m currently packing for some time on the water in Tahoe for a true kick off to the season and plan to take most of the weekend off social media for a little r&r. It’s feeling like summer!!
As I was throwing my bag together I’ve realized I have been grabbing for the same pieces. You know I love a capsule! A couple of newer pieces I’ve been rotating non-stop… older summer staples, basic t-shirts and a mix of great denim! I always like to see how things are remixed so here is a bit of some ideas and what I’ve been wearing…
I’m such a simple tee and jeans girl at heart and just remixing those capsule faves always feels good!
I like that this tank adds a bit of interest to a simple jeans / shorts combo (also avail in black).

Woven bag (a summer staple of mine I’ve carried for years… call me boring but I always come back to this bag ~ I just love it so much).
Jewels to jazz up my simple tees. Any seashell jewelry always gets me! A beaded necklace I’ve worn on repeat. This one is really light weight which is nice for layering.
I have the older version of these that I’ve worn a couple of summers now and this is another cool similar style with the eyelet detail that gives some edge. These remind me of an older pair of Isabel Marant sandals I’ve owned and worn for 10+ years now.

A.Emery Sandals (I have been living in these so much I snagged the Buttermilk when they went on sale on NAP). Run don’t walk because Mytheresa has the cream color you all wanted in all sizes at the moment!!
Still on the hunt for a linen blazer / light summer jacket… I like this one but it’s still feeling a bit more formal than I’m craving… any good options out there send my way?!
PVC flip flops are trending! These are pricey for a sandal but they look pretty in a collage ;P … I’ll be sticking to my havaianas for the beach that I’ve owned for years.
